Inform + Inspire offers Online Housekeeping Training, which includes Module Essay Quizzes and  2 Surprise Housekeeping Inspections after the online training is complete: The inspections are the training "final".

There is no satisfaction guarantee because individuals will either use what they learn. or they will not. If they refuse to improve after going through training, we suggest looking for a new housekeeper/housekeeping team.

This is not an in depth training program: The training covers the basics to improve guest experience and satisfaction. For an in-depth Housekeeping Management course program, we suggest Colorado Mountain College.

The online Inform + Inspire Housekeeping Training Program costs $100

Surprise Inspections: Client is responsible for I + I travel expenses for the inspections + $50 per hour for inspection time. ($50.00 minimum. I + I utilizes Everlance for travel expenses, and Google Work Log for physical work hours.)
