As we were working through a privacy policy template and guidance, we realized that standard policies do not apply to us, so here it does:

Inform & Inspire does NOT directly collect or store any personal information whatsoever.

Inform & Inspire does NOT offer accounts or subscriptions, or accept any form of payment for services or goods through the website.

Inform & Inspire does NOT sell any personal information it may come across/discover.

Inform & Inspire does NOT personally use cookies or any other form of tracking, but WIX does.

The founder, Samantha Luegger, LUE Outdoors, Memes & Musings/Giggles & 2 Cent Opinions, and The Zebra Alliance, as a group or individually, will NEVER collect, use, or sell your information (personally).

Where your personal information may be collected and used: (The Free) Website Platform, Wix, and any Advertising Platforms or Advertisers on/in the Inform & Inspire Website.

• No Removal of Rights Info: Prohibits removing, altering, or obscuring copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

• No Misleading Attribution: Content cannot be presented in a way that suggests false origin or misrepresents the author, platform, article, editorial, or otherwise.

 

2. Website Integrity & Security

• No (Automated) Scraping/Crawling: Prohibits using robots, spiders, AI, or automated scripts to extract and/or use/sell data.

• No Circumvention: Prohibits bypassing technological measures.

• No Damage/Interference: Prohibits actions that disable, overburden, or impair the site, such as introducing viruses, malware, or spamming.

• No Unauthorized Access: Prohibits attempting to gain access to private, restricted areas of the site.
