Because Inform + Inspire likes to be upfront about everything, I am sharing our Pre-Agreement Questions and Agreement Contract with you—no need for you to wait until personal contact.

Inform + Inspire is dedicated to assisting Colorado homeowners and small lodging business owners, which is why we do not collaborate with those who do not reside in Colorado full-time. (The state of CO considers 6+ months/year to be full-time residency.)
Inform + Inspire is a business founded and owned by LGBTQ+, women, and individuals with disabilities. If you are not accepting, I + I may not be suitable for you.
